KEEPING ON TRACK WITH THE WEIGHT LOSS.

I had a few moments of "letting go" today as I grabbed two , not one but two handfuls of yummy carmel corn with chocolate drizzled on it. The handfuls were more like three as they were pretty big. Now I could of had just on little scoop and left the rest alone. I was a bit stressed and tired so no self control. Back to control in the am. Hitting the hay!

Wahoo! I love the way the scale is moving!

The scale is moving, slowly in the right direction. Finally I think I got it. (I have cut down on calories a bunch.) I am willing to have an empty stomach. I try to keep myself aware of my feelings emotionally and physically in relation to wanting to eat and my hunger rumblings. Things have been a bit stressful, a time I usually try to eat everything I can find, but it seems to working on dropping the weight. I know this is not a good way to loose weight but ,hey, if it works right now, so be it! Riding my bike to tomorrow too.
