1337 kcals eaten today. Yea, for keeping under 1400! I even "cheated" and had some baked vinegar and salt chips tonight. I did not need the extra sodium though.
walked for 20 min this morning, then work. It was hard not to want to eat so many thing today at work. I have to stay out of the cafeteria. We have badges we can swipe and it is automatically taken out of my pay, so I can always "buy" something down there. Jen came but for lunch. It was nice have lunch with my youngest daughter!
