
Back to working out. I went to Jennifer's Circuit Training class this morning (she can kick you butt!) They are Tues and Thursday morning form 6-7am and then she has a Pilates class Mon. and Wed. evening from 7-8pm. Anyone interested let me know, click on the e-mail link and I can give you more details. I think I will post my weight on Fridays but I find that weighing your self everyday, same time, keeps you focused.
