KEEPING ON TRACK WITH THE WEIGHT LOSS.

I had a few moments of "letting go" today as I grabbed two , not one but two handfuls of yummy carmel corn with chocolate drizzled on it. The handfuls were more like three as they were pretty big. Now I could of had just on little scoop and left the rest alone. I was a bit stressed and tired so no self control. Back to control in the am. Hitting the hay!

Wahoo! I love the way the scale is moving!

The scale is moving, slowly in the right direction. Finally I think I got it. (I have cut down on calories a bunch.) I am willing to have an empty stomach. I try to keep myself aware of my feelings emotionally and physically in relation to wanting to eat and my hunger rumblings. Things have been a bit stressful, a time I usually try to eat everything I can find, but it seems to working on dropping the weight. I know this is not a good way to loose weight but ,hey, if it works right now, so be it! Riding my bike to tomorrow too.

Does anyone ever have a really 'bad" week!

OK, I have been so not into this whole weight loss thing. I really have had it bad. I had the scale show a few pounds and wham, there I was looking for anything sweet or "bad" to put into my mouth. No walking , no bike riding (my bike has been out of commission because of a brake problem) no "nothin". I do not even want to get on the scale and put my weight in to my graph. i love that I can start over....let me try again, let me give another shot. Wow, why is this really hard for me right now?

Todays kcal countdown

1337 kcals eaten today. Yea, for keeping under 1400! I even "cheated" and had some baked vinegar and salt chips tonight. I did not need the extra sodium though.
walked for 20 min this morning, then work. It was hard not to want to eat so many thing today at work. I have to stay out of the cafeteria. We have badges we can swipe and it is automatically taken out of my pay, so I can always "buy" something down there. Jen came but for lunch. It was nice have lunch with my youngest daughter!

Hike Today!


Went on a hike with Susie, Becky, Gabe and Malia today. I got to carry the pink monster! Extra calorie useage (although I ate them back with an In and Out grilled cheese, phewy!)

Back to working out. I went to Jennifer's Circuit Training class this morning (she can kick you butt!) They are Tues and Thursday morning form 6-7am and then she has a Pilates class Mon. and Wed. evening from 7-8pm. Anyone interested let me know, click on the e-mail link and I can give you more details. I think I will post my weight on Fridays but I find that weighing your self everyday, same time, keeps you focused.

Weight Loss


Why is it that food, weight has always been on my mind? I remember when I was "thin" and thought , "I could stand to loose a few pounds." Now it is true, I can stand to loose a few pounds, at least fifteen to be exact. This is my public weight loss program.
