Why is it that food, weight has always been on my mind? I remember when I was "thin" and thought , "I could stand to loose a few pounds." Now it is true, I can stand to loose a few pounds, at least fifteen to be exact. This is my public weight loss program. We all need support for changing our "bad habits", so this is the place you can support me and I can do the same for you.
